Services

Alternative Mortgage: Option (1)

This is where we buy the land, get it subdivide and sell the lots according to availability. The client makes a deposit through his or her attorney, Attorney gives welt a letter of undertaking, welt transfer title to the purchase and in the process, the company places a mortgage on the property for an agreeable period

Once the mortgage is completed, welt will removed its lien interest on said property

Alternative Mortgage: Option (2)

This is where the client already owns the land and wants to build a house No matter the cost of the house, welt will finance up to $15mil to purchase and the client pay the balance. Land must be in the client name and the land must be free and clear from all encumbrances Property management:
